Chinaberry is a delightful 1 bedroom villa on Anguilla in the British West Indies. A perfect location for your next visit to the islands of the Caribbean.
The villa has a full kitchen, bathroom with outdoor shower, and a bedroom with sitting area. There is a lovely outdoor living room with dining area and bbq. As well there is a wonderful wrap around porch for sunbathing, or moonbathing, relaxing, reading and just enjoying the breeze.
We do have AC available in our bedrooms. VRBO will automatically add a fee of $20 per day per bedroom. If you do not require it, just let us know and we can remove it from the quotation. Guests in May thru October often require it, but the trade winds pick up in November and our winter guests typically dont.

The home it's self was lovely, super cute & nice views. The host was very easy to work with & accommodating. The housekeeper, Lyn, was kind & helpful. I loved the property, but the only downside was the mosquitos. It was a bit over the top & even with all the mosquito prevention they provided, it was just about impossible to go outside and enjoy it. Otherwise...excellent choice!

We are SO thankful we found this property and had the best week possible here! We enjoyed the days out on the island and the sunsets on the beautiful back deck and grilled dinner in. We already miss sitting on the deck in the morning watching the sun rise with our coffee and "George" ( that's what we named our neighboring rooster) and we absolutely loved everything about Chinaberry Villa! .. we miss it tremendously already!

What a wonderful villa on a nice peaceful island. Much larger than the pictures make it seem, and so well appointed. Everything you may need for your stay seems to magically be there. A lovely front courtyard with grill and couches isn't even in the pictures but allows for another space for outdoor seating or dinner. In our five days on the island there wasn't a thing we needed that we didn't have (except wind, we were there to kiteboard and the wind Gods had other plans for us). The beaches weren't far but a car is necessary for groceries and dinners out. We highly recommend this villa for 2 or Bay BErry for more than two, right next door.
