The condo on the third-floor is fully renovated with new furniture, high‑speed internet, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a big patio with a nice view. Self‑check‑in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. The central location on the island made driving around very convenient.
The condo was missing a dining table, which would have made meals more comfortable.
During sargassum season, there can be a light odor in the area.

The apartment is very nice, with everything you need for a great stay in Anguilla. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very functional and well-equipped, air conditioning available in the bedroom and living room, very spacious overall, and still it had a laundry room separated from the apartment. Kevin was always very helpful and available. We really liked the accommodation in general.
Unfortunately, we had an issue in the apartment that created some stress during our stay...due to a leakage in the boiler, we did not have hot water in the shower in 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there. We actually had to take "cold" showers and my wife had to go to a beauty salon to have her hair washed, which was a hurdle. At the end, Kevin was able to fix the problem, but we expected that issues like this be treated before we arrive, not during our stay.
