evin konumu iyiyidi, metro istasyonuna çok yakındı. evin büyüklüğü idealdi. eşyalar yeterliydi. apartman tarihi bir bina gibiydi. rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir ev.
wifi evin tüm odalarında çekmiyordu, özellikle mutfakta. ütü iyi değidi, çok eskiydi. ev biraz daha temiz olabilirdi.

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Übergabe war problemlos. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus für Autofahrer toll, der Preis dafür ok.
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist irreführend: Im Prosatext werden ein Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer aufgeführt. Tatsächlich gibt es 1 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ist zusätzlich ein Doppelbett aufgestellt. Zusätzlich gibt es in der großen Küche noch eine Couch. Man kann sich damit arrangieren, aber in der Beschreibung sollte das deutlich werden.
