Convenient location, cannot be better. Cleaning staff was helpful.

Extremely dirty and dingy building. The top floor apartment Chad a weird slanting roof making it difficult to walk in one half of the studio

The location was fabulous. I really enjoyed the ease of their online app.

I struggled with access into the apartment after they turned off the online door unlock. Once I called the call centre for help they put the button back. I didn't have hot water for 7 days - but they did refund me partially to apologize.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and generally had a good experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The elevator lights were not working, making it feel poorly maintained. The door leading to the yard was left open, allowing the unpleasant smell from the rubbish bins to spread throughout the building. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in our room. On my previous stays, the air conditioning and heating worked well, but in this room the unit was defective and even the fan mode did not function. The hotel provided a portable fan, but during the heatwave it was not enough to keep the room comfortable. I hope these maintenance issues are addressed, as the hotel has been reliable in the past and I would like to stay here again.
