About this house rental
Make memories at this lovely beach house. New furniture and mattresses and newly painted interior. You will love this home with the private pool (not heated) with screen enclosure (yes, sun does get through, it is just to keep the pool clean from leaves). You cannot go wrong with this house. Fenced back yard enclosed for privacy. Very close to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach (about a 5 minute walk or a few seconds drive).
A place you will always feel at home. Streaming TV's and high speed internet. 5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Also, this great location is only 5 minutes to 30 A.
Free parking. Driveway and garage parking.
The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is
definitely much better. This is the part of the beach
families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome.
Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.
If you are looking for a place to party and be loud to disturb the neighbors, this is not the house for you.
No smoking. No pets. Spring Breakers considered.
Golf Cart Rental available for an additional fee of $300😎

Rich and Brenda were very responsive and did a great job communicating to us. The house was everything we needed and the beach was a short walk. Also the beach was not busy like most other beaches in the area. Lots of food choices near by.

We recommend this property 100%! Out stay here was more than perfect. Rich was extremely helpful and comprehensive, fast response. The outdoor pool water was a little cold but we still love it. Kids and family/friends had fun. Will definitely look into it for our next vacation to panama city beach! Thank you again Rich and Brenda!
