Location was perfect mix of Vail Village and Lionshead. Bus stops both directions just steps from the building. Walked to Gondola 1 in ski boots no problem or quick bus to Lionshead.
Kitchen could use a refresh.

location, hot tub, and parking garage.
The unit itself (#19) was dated and could use updating. it wouldn’t be very expensive to put new carpet, elongated toilets, updated shower heads, and add some lighting. Also, the patio should be clean for guests (it was really dirty).

I liked: the hosts. The ski storage. The private underground parking. The location. And the amenities (hottub and pool). The size of the room (just not the quality of the room).
While the building does have newer, updated rooms - ours was very outdated. It was still clean, but not modern.
Also, the beds were okay (firm) but the pillows made it near impossible for me to sleep (like styrafoam). Had to sleep on the couch.
