Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The location on the edge of Vail Village was easy! The walk to Gondola One to ski every morning was easy as we could store our skis and boots at the ski shop at the Gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool was nice and clean as well and right outside the back door adjacent to the unit. We would definitely rent this again.

Overall, this property was awesome and in a fantastic location, but we ran into some minor issues. The property was not ready for check in at 4pm, the blinds in the master bedroom didn't work, and the fireplace was broken. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub and heated pool were clean and relaxing, the property was comfortable and nicely maintained, there were plenty of clean towels/sheets, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay. It was a very well stocked, clean, and functional space with a great location on the edge of Vail village right by a bus stop. We'd definitely stay there again.
