Luxurious and spacious condominium on the 9th floor of the SEIBAL Tower which is nestled within a prestigious golf Resort & Greg Norman Golf Course. You will get full access with our Platinum membership to the Resort amenities like Kids club, lazy river, gym, spa, restaurants, business center, activities etc.... It has 3br/3ba, and it can accommodate up to 7 persons sleeping capacity.
Free golf cart rides available on demand from Seibal to the Resort and back. Get the phone number at the Front desk downstairs when you arrive to call the Golf cart from the Resort.
Our condominium features a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the 2nd master suite, 2 twin beds with an adjourning trundle twin in the 3rd suite (good for 3 kids or 3 adults), and a deluxe queen size sofa bed in the living room along with central A/C, contemporary American open design kitchen with superior finishing, elegant travertine flooring throughout, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.
This location is only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta’s International airport and is conveniently situated on to a well-known Resort of Nuevo Vallarta.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was great and easy to get to the other Vidanta pools and restaurants via golf cart. The beds could use toppers as they were very firm but otherwise everything was awesome.

We stayed over Christmas. Having access to Vidanta and Grand Mayan was awesome and really great. The unit was clean and had lots of extras that were nice. It made it feel like home. The staff was helpful. They use golf carts to shuttle you to the Vidanta entrance. It took a minute to figure out, but once we did it was awesome. The staff downstairs if not there are likely running other guests on a golf cart. The instructions were good. We felt very safe and comfortable.

My friend and I took a “moms and kids” Spring Break trip together and stayed at Seibal. Our condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The internet / amenities worked well. Having stayed at Vidanta in a time share in years past, I was expecting a similar kitchen set up. It was SUCH a pleasant surprise to arrive to a well stocked kitchen (ie: good knives, plenty of plates/dishes/pots/pans to use). We actually used our kitchen MUCH more than we did at our Vidanta stays, which was especially helpful since the prices / quality of Vidanta food have changed over time (and our kids are picky eaters!). Sophie was a very communicative, informative, and accommodating host. We really enjoyed having the conveniences of being near Vidanta (and using their amenities all week for a nominal fee) while also enjoying the peace, quiet, and comfort of being ever so slightly removed from the center of Vidanta activities. We ended up using the pool at Seibal most days for at least part of the day (often at the start or end of the day), while also spending a portion of our days at the Vidanta pools, shopping, kids’ club, etc. We would definitely love to stay here again! This condo was wonderful for our family of five. The rooms were spacious and had fans and air conditioning available throughout the condo.
Getting to and from the Grand Mayan did take time with several shuttles involved but it was worth it. The pool at the Siebel tower is magnificent and so peaceful for those quiet days.
The downside is that there is quite a bit of construction going on behind the Siebel Tower that starts very early and did interrupt the guests who had bedrooms on that side of the condo, but that won’t last forever !! Cutlery and coffee mugs could be upgraded to fit such a lovely condo., but this is minor.

Our visit was lots of fun and enjoyed by all of us ! We have plenty of family memories and photos to bring home.
