Condo en Nuevo Vallarta con acceso a playa

Clean and safe common areas. Attentive security. The staff were amazing, always available, always friendly, always helpful. Can’t say enough about Richardo, Nadia, and Israel. The pool area was clean and spacious , clean bathrooms, plenty of chairs and loungers. The landscaping was very well maintained and manicured. We liked not being in Vidanta but having access to its amenities. The Mayan Palace gym was great to use and the different pools with beach access. Vidanta is very confusing to navigate but you get your steps in walking the different walkways which are all beautiful.

Our unit , 504, had more than a few maintenance issues. Our condo representative, but Rose Marie, addressed them promptly. and we enjoyed the apartment.

Beautiful, large condo with large balcony and a nice view. Fantastic on site staff (concierge) that always had a smile for us. Use of the Vidanta property was a huge bonus. Pools at the condo were clean and lovely. Condo contact was prompt in meeting us at condo and took us straight to get our wristbands. She also checked in every few days to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Really would have liked a toaster. As there is no oven there is no way to toast bread and we had wanted to do toast and eggs for breakfast. Also they had a welcome binder but it was only in Spanish. We used google translate but an English version would have been appreciated.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Quiet place, great for relaxing. Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching people golfing. Perfect if you buy all the food and drinks you will need before coming here.

Nothing wrong with condo, but the location inside Vidanta property makes it very confusing to get around. Need to have condo staff take you by cart to a gate. Get off one cart, use wrist band to walk through a gate. Get condo staff to drive you on another cart to the first taxi stand. Walk a short distance to a larger taxi stand and try to figure out Vidanta map by colour and cart numbers and wait for another cart to take you to were you want to go. We wanted to find a restaurant inside Vidanta to have dinner, never did find one. We were there on a Wednesday and some restaurants are closed. Walked around for hours lost inside Vidanta property, we gave up trying to find a restaurant and eventually found our way out to the cart area to take us back to the second taxi stand, then we Had to call condo staff to come and pick us up and do the cart gate thing all over again. We really liked condo, but really disliked Vidanta property.

I liked the convenience of how close it was to Vidanta. We were able to go back and forth as needed. We were on property during a large earthquake, the staff was available to guide us to exit and communicated with us.

A lot of the dishes were worn out so we struggled to cooked. A lot of the knifes were broken. We didn’t have enough toilet paper for the week, I needed to explain myself why more was needed. One night we were at Vidanta and weather was really bad. We were told when we called to be picked up that for safety, we couldn’t get picked up. No other options were given to us, nobody checked on us after that: We had to call 2 cabs and pay to be taken back to the apartment. I understand why we were not picked up, but it could have been handled differently.
