Conveniently located at the Four Corners area in Davenport Florida, this spectacular barrier free, luxury vacation home is ideally positioned near the world famous Disney theme parks, shopping centers and entertainment areas. This very private retreat includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen and family room overlooking the very private swimming pool and spa outdoor entertainment area. Bedrooms include; a king master suite, a queen master suite, a queen bedroom, and a bunkbed room that sleeps up to four with a full size bed, bunk, and trundle combination. A separate laundry room with washer, clothes dryer, ironing equipment are available for your convenience. While we won't encourage you to work while on your vacation you have a private office with a large desk available should you need it. Free wifi, domestic telephone calls, and expanded cable television are included at no charge. There are large flat screen TVs in common and in private bedroom spaces.

TWO BARRIER FREE MASTER SUITES. Welter Endless Summer was created to accommodate special needs of a variety of travelers. The recently renovated spacious and luxurious master suite provides wheel chair users with not only ease of use and peace of mind, but true luxury amenities including a barrier free, roll in shower with multiple shower heads/wands, a convenience bench and plenty of room to relax. The master bath also includes double bowl sinks including a roll under sink with easy access faucets. There are grab bars throughout the suite for safety and comfort. The second, private, barrier free master suite has a queen size bed, roll in shower, safety grab bars throughout, a roll under sink, and ramped access to the swimming pool/outdoor entertainment area. In addition to the luxury amenities inside this home, you will find an outdoor entertainment area that makes this home even more fabulous! The screened in pool and spa area is accessed from inside the Villa through three large sliding doors and includes comfortable lounge chairs for taking in the sun, and a covered dining area for ultimate relaxation. There is a full-size gas grill as well as pool heat available at a nominal extra cost to complement your stay.

Within Highlands Reserve, there are many amenities in which our guests are able to enjoy themselves. It is a family friendly environment with a community pool, tennis courts and a playground. A short five-minute walk and you will arrive at the club house of the champion Mike Dasher designed Highland Reserve Golf Course. This is a privately owned course that is open to the public and will challenge all levels of golfers.

Our home is situated to provide seclusion and privacy, yet everything you need to make the most of your stay is very, very close by. A short walk brings you to Berry Town Center with a Publix supermarket, shops, hairdresser, a beauty spa, restaurants, banks and more. Interstate 4 (I-4) is a mere 5 minutes away, making all of Florida easily accessible if you should decide to explore the Sunshine State by car with either coast's beaches about an hour drive.
