About this villa rental
A spacious 5-beds villa w/private pool & spa, backing onto golf course facing west offering spectacular sunsets.
The home is located in the prestigious community of Highlands Reserve, set around a beautifully manicured golf course, just 15 min from Disney.
The nearby Berry Plaza contains a Publix Supermarket with a high choice of restaurants, takeaways & banks. Located off of US-27, Disney parks are a short drive away.
Highlands Reserve's 18-hole golf course is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
This villa has two living areas both looking out to the pool deck – one at the center of the home and the main living area offering comfortable sofa seating and large screen smart TV.
The ample kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area seating, as well as a formal dining area to share a meal together.
The private pool deck at this property is enormous, screened-in and free of bugs. It faces west to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day.
This is a perfect place for the group to relax and make the most out of the trip. There is plenty of comfortable seating as well as table and chairs under a shady covered area. Splash around in the crystal clear pool or enjoy the spa as the sun goes down. Please inquire for pool/spa heat which is available at an additional cost.
The rear of the home backs onto a golf course offering plenty of privacy and the exclusive yard area has privacy hedging on the side of the home.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate bath tub. Also, there are:
2 (two) queen bedrooms,
1 (one) bedroom with 1 (one) full-size bed, and
1 (one) bedroom with 2 (two) twin-size beds.
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated for your enjoyment and each bedroom counts with a large Samsung Smart TV.
Spectrum is our internet provider and there is a high speed internet throughout the property.
The villa also counts with a washer and dryer for guest use, 3 (three) spacious bathrooms and large covered entry porch.
The parking is included with your stay. You may park onto the large driveway and apron leaving the sidewalk unoccupied for pedestrians to walk (an HOA rule). Street parking is also allowed.
The community of Highlands Reserve possesses a communal pool, a tennis court, small swings, seesaw/slide area for guest use. Its family friendly neighborhood is relaxing to walk around and enjoy the spectacular views over the 18-hole golf course.
This Mike Dasher designed Golf Course can be played by guests when booking a Tee Time at the Clubhouse or online. Please note the Golf Course is Privately Owned and not accessible unless you book to play golf.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to extra linens and other thoughtful touches.The location was ideal – peaceful and private, yet just minutes from restaurants and shopping, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area. We especially loved the sunsets, which made for some unforgettable evenings.Ana was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions, and she even checked in mid-stay to make sure everything was going smoothly.Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this place has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back – highly recommend!
