Great place on an excellent part of the lake. Place had everything we needed and the dock is a great place to fish or just relax. Looking forward to the next time.

Yard and lake access were perfect. Upper Deck on dock unsteady weak board lots of movement with more than one person on it. House needs maintenance rotted boards on outside hole in walls and separation of drywall seams in loft room; dirty ceilings. Lots of spiders! Strong Sewer smell first two days was taken care of by owner quickly. If u want it for the lake access it’s perfect not so much for the house.
