Recent updates include a new addition with luxury bathroom and new wood flooring. The new bunk room sleeps 6 and features a cozy TV hangout area perfect for winding down after a day on the lake.
OUTDOOR FUN AND LAKE LIFE
Step outside and experience where this property truly shines. Direct, open water lake access provides expansive views and limitless water activities.
The sandy-bottom lake entry is ideal for swimming, water games, or lounging on the Lilly Pads and other floats. Enjoy the private dock where you can tie up the Lilly Pad and spend hours relaxing on the water. Head up to the party deck to take in stunning views.
Want to explore more of the lake? Rent a boat or jet ski at Lone Star Marina (903-432-2268), a 1-minute drive from the property.
After a day of activity, grill dinner on the Blackstone combination grill/flat top, play Ladder Toss in the yard, and take in expansive views around a firepit or on top of the dock.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, air fryer, blender, dishes, a Keurig, toaster oven, and more—everything you need for easy meal prep.
The spacious living area offers plenty of seating with two comfortable couches, chair, and a smart TV. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 14)
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, ensuite bathroom, lake views
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, lake views
• Bedroom 3: King bed + full sofa sleeper
• Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): 2 double/double bunks, two twin trundles, enormous sofa, arcade game, pop-a-shot, and smart TV.
All bathrooms are stocked with everything needed, including all towels and toiletries. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The secondary bathroom is a new spa inspired full bathroom with large walk-in shower. The third bathroom includes a tub shower combo, perfect for bathing a little one if needed.
