Relax in the 3 bedroom guest house - a comfortable home-away-from-home - where cows are your only neighbors. You will be surrounded by rolling fields & open skies with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is furnished with comfort in mind and offers three bedrooms, living room and kitchen/dining area. Only 11 mi. to downtown Culpeper with many wineries, breweries and historical sites close by. The Shenandoah Mountains and Lake Anna are a short drive away.

Perfect location and setting for our trip to HITS Commonwealth Park! The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything you could imagine you'd need, and the host is extremely responsive. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful property, conveniently located for a wedding nearby. Had a great stay. Shari communicated with me the whole time and answered all the questions I had. The cows and calfs were an added bonus, so fun to watch them. Pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again!
