Description
A special place for you, your family and friends. Enjoy waterfront living with a 60' deck and lower patio, plus a screen porch, all overlooking Lake Anna only 100 ft away. At the water, a spacious 1,600 sf boat house with a 'whip' mooring system for guests boat, large sun deck, covered gazebo, and bar room with refrigerator, microwave and hotdog maker... all adjacent to a gradual sloping beach.

House has a open floor plan on both levels for entertaining. Every room in the house has a waterfront view (with exception of the Guest Master). Both Masters are on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room (which includes a sleep sofa) on the lower level, providing everyone 'their getaway space'. Guest washer/dryer located on the main level.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties or Celebrations, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home for families & couples to enjoy.

And most importantly, the safety of our guests and our family are always a top priority. We have our home professionally cleaned by a licensed firm prior to each individual guests arrival.

Great location, very quiet and scenic.

Love the property, we stayed in this same home the year before as well. Great dock and small gravel beach right on the lake and close to a restaurant and bait shop. The fire pit at night is a great place to sit and talk the night away. The home has a great dowstairs game room and is very comfortable. Visited in the fall both times, quiet and beautiful setting during this time of year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. This home was the cleanest and most well maintained vacation home we have ever rented. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel very comfortable. The owners responded to our questions respectfully and promptly, we felt like we were communicating with friends. The house was lovely in the Lake view was spectacular. We spent most of our time decompressing, and relaxing by the water. I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants toyou have a peaceful, relaxing vacation?

Very nice.Peaceful and serene. Property could have been cleaner.Probably end of season wear and tear.Some things needed repair such as bannister to downstairs and screen door to the deck.Broken and off track. some of the outdoor steps are way to high and concrete color makes it hard to see especially for older people. But overall a great place to gather.

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible this home is. Absolutely love the location. The house smells so clean and fresh the minute you walk through the door. The views of the lake are fantastic. We loved the open concept of the home. The hosts think of everything to make your stay as carefree and accommodating as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and utilized all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy our time together. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you so much for all the extra care and thought put into to making your home so accommodating for others to come and enjoy. We most definitely want to stay there again.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped home. The lake views are stunning and relaxing just what we needed. Special thanks for the use of the golf cart which allowed my wheelchair family member the opportunity to hang out at the boathouse and enjoy fishing. The only frying pan sticks which tears your food. And the main level master bedroom mattress is worn. And thanks for the quick response with the code access upon arrival.

Beautiful home and incredible view, Great location. I'm a bass fisherman and this fit me personally with my boat qith dock access and was still perfect for the family. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. Highly recommended.

We wanted to go somewhere that my husband could fish and I could read and gaze out over the water and enjoy nature. I prefer a very clean, comfortable place in a peaceful location and this was it. We spent most of our time on the large covered dock. The boats racing by during the day were quite entertaining and didn’t bother us at all. Everyone is very friendly and we waved and spoke to some of them. The wildlife is fun too and we enjoyed a visit to theatre park nearby. It’s very quiet at night and even though the neighbors are close it feels very private. We would definitely come here again.

The review title was our first impression of this beautiful property. House is airy and clean with large windows to enjoy the peaceful view of the outdoors and lake. Well stocked with anything one needs for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The only things that could top it off would be the addition of a king bed and return of the pinball machine! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Place is as described. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake. I brought spices cleaning stuff, hand soaps they had it all. Beds were super comfortable even the bath towels were a good quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place on the lake. PROST!

This home was perfect and clean and has a grand boathouse! The two bedrooms on the main floor (both w full baths) plus a half bath on the main floor and two more bedrooms on the lower level with one full bath make it simple for couples/families to have seperation and/or togetherness - sitting on the deck in the sun was the best!! (And the owners were so very kind to work with!)

Beautiful home right on the lake. Backyard had a first class dock and a small beach. The great room upstairs was a perfect place to meet with family and play games or watch a game on tv. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to a boat launch. Very nice vacation home!

We're repeat renters of this property; we didn't even look elsewhere. The property is superbly equipped and has relaxing spaces inside and out. Two separate decks are very well equipped, and the covered dock is a GREAT space to linger. The boat noise is much less than at other places we've rented. The listing details and pictures are very accurate and complete. The house was clean and well cared-for. We contacted Bud and Cathy a couple of time (NOT for problems), and they responded in minutes. We would choose this house again. We think you'd enjoy it too.

The big hit was the boat house. Open for business hot dog stand. Nice having a snack bar by the water. Kids kept finding clams. We threw them back. Kids did not want to leave. Down stairs was their favorite part of the house.

We spent a week (monday-friday) here, my husband and I and our 4 teenage kids, and it was wonderful! The best lake house any of us have stayed in. The pictures and descriptions are accurate, the boathouse was a lovely retreat from the sun down at the dock, and the entry into the water right from the yard was fantastic. Bud and Cathy were great hosts, answered my questions right away! The only issue we had, which was totally my fault, is that there was no cell service when we arrived, and I couldn't access the info on my phone with the door code and wifi password - so just a warning to save that info before you go! We hope to be back next summer!

The house and property were really nice. The only thing our group noted that could be improved is the walkway down to the docks. There are some stone steps but not a continuous walkway so you have to walk in the possibly wet grass at times.

Enjoyed the lake vibes ,even though we couldn’t be out much. It was very windy and cold but we enjoyed the lake from the coziness by the fireplace. Great for our family outing.

We truly loved the property and your prompt communication!!! Online it states there was a hot tub which there was not one when we arrived! The fire place did not work which was disappointing Becuase we hoped to have a cozy evening in front of the fire place!! Overall the vacation was amazing!! We would come again!!

The best part of the place is the backyard. It is gorgeous and easier to go down and up. The house is comfortable to move around and we enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful to communicate with. The view toward Lake Anna is gorgeous from the house.
