This is the first time visiting Clearwater/St Pete area. We were very pleased with the unit. It’s was very clean and the location can not be beat if you are looking for beach access!Grocery stores, restaurants/bars are all very close, again its location is superb. If traveling alone or as a couple, I recommend staying here. The only complaint I can share is being charged an extra 100 for having an “excessively dirty room”, which is not right. Ultimately, this is a wonderfully located clean efficiency apartment with convenient parking included.

The condo was comfy and close to the beach. The low key vibe and Upham Beach zone was lovely.

My daughter and I stayed here for one week. The room itself was what we expected and good for us, although the balcony was worthless. The door did not work and I was afraid one day I was not going to get it closed. The location is perfect for the beach and walkable or short drive to everything. The weather was perfect so no complaints there overall. My issue and why I will not stay again is the lack of privacy. You have to walk through the pool area to get to your room and we felt we were watched from the moment we arrived which made the non-use of the balcony okay. Occasionally someone would smile back, but we didn't even use the pool it was so uncomfortable. Maintenance came 23 hours early and thought we were supposed to be gone (he knocked). Then a lady, assuming she came to clean? walked into our room without knocking an hour before checkout with my daughter getting dressed. I don't feel this was the fault of VRBO/property manager. We were very respectful, clean and quiet. My daughter lives FL and we were having a beach week and we just didn't feel welcomed as guests. Another thing to note for reference - the beach is public and you have to pay for cabanas/umbrellas/chairs. If you are watching your budget and this is important to you, look for another condo that may provide these or plan for it. I did love this beach. Every night is a sunset spectacle and very peaceful, so not this particular complex next time...
