Great location near the main road, in the Old City of Akko (Acre). The stairs really aren't that bad, but are not for people who have accessibility needs that don't include stairs.
The woman who welcomed us was lovely, helpful, and kind.
No complaints! Everything was as advertised, no surprises one way or the other - except for the complimentary bottle of wine, fruit bowl, and fresh coffee and cookies - thank you! We hope to return someday.

Stairs to reach the room

The room was well equipped with a coffee machine and basic kitchen facilities but nothing to cook or warm things.
60 steps to reach the room many of which were filthy and narrow. The advertised balcony was a shared entry area that was not inviting and no sea view as advertised. Breakfast (additional cost) was good but at a café a few minutes walk from the room.
