"It was very clean, furnished with everything for cooking. Very cosy small facility. We felt like at home. It is very close to the lifts, even you could see the cabins from the windows of the room."

Świetna lokalizacja,bardzo blisko wejście na szlaki,restauracje na około z każdej strony.Do centrum spory kawałek,ale jeżdżą autobusy miejskie więc duży plus.Wyposażenie pokoju super wszystkie najważniejsze rzeczy były. Przepiękny widok z balkonu na Śnieżkę.

Bardzo fajny apartament. Posiadał wszystko, co potrzeba do komfortowego wypoczynku. Wygodne, acz delikatnie zbyt miękkie łóżko. Miejsce w garażu podziemnym na plus, aczkolwiek ekstra płatne. Dobra baza wypadowa na szlaki.
Słabo posprzątane meble na balkonie. Miejsce w garażu podziemnym ekstra płatne i do tego poza budynkiem. Budynek usytuowany w Karpaczu Górnym, więc trzeba mieć na uwadze, że powroty z centrum to droga pod górkę.

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia kuchni np. miska na sałatkę, tylko jedna miseczka, mała ilość wyposażenia, nie działający przycisk kuchenki „plus”, tylko dwie kostki do zmywarki na pięć dni, akustyka pomieszczeń bardzo słaba, słychać rozmowy sąsiadów, duża żółta plama na sofie, brak pralki.
