Liniștea. Cartier liniștit și blocul mai liniștit. Nici nu știu dacă mai trăia cineva in blocul respectiv, arat a fost de liniște 😃 In apropiere este un loc de parcare cu doar 5.5 euro/24h, chiar langa statia de metrou. Supermarketuri și terase de asemenea foarte aproape.
Singurul lucru puțin deranjat a fost toaleta, fara chiuvetă, care era în altă încăpere decât baia dar nu este un deal-breaker.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung komplett. Zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. An der Straße parken ist kein Problem (Parkticket lösen!).
Eine Renovierung täte der Wohnung gut.

Die Lage war gut. Ziemlich nah an Supermärkten und an einer U-Bahnstation. Innere Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Aber das Heizsystem war schlecht. Die Wohnung war immer sehr kalt. Übernacht hat sich das Thermostat runtergeschaltet.
