Apartment Imperial Puerto-2 by Interhome

Return visit following first visit last year. Poitives: location, apartment facilities, wifi (new from last year - welcome to 21st century)

Biggest bugbear is lack of sunbeds. All apartments seem to have their own which are chained up. No point in chaining up the 3 broken sunbeds belonging to this apartment. They disappeared to the skip part way through the holiday. No point in having a lovely pool if nowhere to relax. Apartment is also getting a bit tired and could do with some fixtures & fittings (particularly bathroom) being updated.

Fab location, clean, bright, spacious. Great pool and well maintained gardens.

Needs wifi. Needs new sunbeds.

Apartment block a bit dated ..lift was unreliable,the light for lift arrival would come on but couldn’t open door,often had 5/6 attempts before giving up and walking up the 2 floors…could do with keypads or fobs on entry gates..keys are outdated. Pool was a disaster ,the guy wouldn’t allow to walk to pool with flip flops and leave at the side or allow a 9 year old non swimmer with a swimming ring but the last straw was when we brought 3 ice creams from our apartment to pool area and he told us we couldn’t eat there 😡 and then actually followed a family member to the lift to see which block they were in ..very rude man ..also saw him make a 5 year to get off her push scooter ..she was not impressed with her dad for taking the scooter. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there again especially if you had kids looking to enjoy some pool fun on their holidays 😡
