About this villa rental
The Villa within Quinta Del Encanto is comprised of three residential accommodations; each quite private, commanding an incredible bay and coastline view. Within the Villa residences may be used together to create a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2-kitchen hideaway for up to 8 people, or separately depending upon your needs (please refer to each unit for pricing).
The Villa is staffed with a housekeeper from Monday to Saturday and groundsman 24/7 houseman.
Casa Alegre:
A delightful two-bedroom with queen beds, two-bathroom with a large living room and dining room opening directly to a bay and sunrise view terrace. Casa Alegre has terraces off the bedrooms and a 360-degree view roof terrace. The main terrace has a curving staircase that descends to the Venetian-tiled pool. And a furnished terrace on the roof giving amazing daytime and nighttime views. The bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort. All main rooms have ceiling fans. Casa Alegre's rate is $195/ night - max 4 persons. This house may be rented with 'Casita Amanecer' and/or 'Casita Chiquita.' Consult us for a special combined rate.
Casita Amanecer:
A cozy one bedroom with queen sized bed, one-bathroom apartment with a complete kitchen that overlooks a bay view patio and Venetian-tiled pool. The rate is $90/ night -max 2 persons. The residence may be rented with 'Casa Alegre' and/or 'Casita Chiquita.'
Casita Chiquita:
A perfect studio apartment with a standard bed and private bath that includes a wet bar and a pool and bay view patio. The pool is a few steps away from this wonderful hideaway. Casita Chiquita's rate is $65/ night- max 2 persons. This unit may be rented with 'Casa Alegre' and/or 'Casita Amanecer.'

The pictures don’t do justice to this gorgeous property. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is very open and spacious. We rented the whole house for our family of seven and we had plenty of space. The bedrooms are all a nice size with air conditioning and lots of natural light. The house seemed to be enveloped by a luscious tropical garden that was well kept. The owner Paul and his staff Luis Ángel and Maribel are upstanding. They were all eager to help with recommendations and reservations to restaurants and tours. The house runs like a very upscale B&B . We had Maribel cook us a traditional Mexican breakfast every morning. It was a treat to wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The view of the Bay of Banderas from every room in the house is breathtaking! Spectacular sunrises every morning. The town of la Cruz is very typical and we all felt very safe . The house has 24/7 security but Our family didn’t find it necessary.We walked every where night and day to go to the public beach and to the restaurants. There are many restaurants in la Cruz from fancy to family own stalls on the side of the streets. We tried them all and enjoyed the experiences. My kids aged 28,27,20,18 told me that this was the best vacation ever! And I totally agree.

A hillside retreat with a delightful pool, amazing terrace view; whose owner and staff proved gracious and helpful. Very clean. The owner showed receptivity to suggestions of minor changes such as augmenting kitchen supplies. I'd return in a heartbeat. Walking up and down the steep hill to and from the villa was great exercise for me (I had no vehicle), though some would prefer to drive instead. Walking distance from all that wonderful La Cruz has to offer.
