About this house rental
Located on Orchard Island at Indian Lake Ohio. The home is fully furnished with all appliances including washer and dryer. The house sleeps 10 maximum (including children) with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths; 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with bunk beds and 1 queen bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating along our more than 250 feet of lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying the sunsets. The house is on the corner of a cove with peninsula like views, one of the best views on the lake! There is a large firepit where you can cook hotdogs, s’mores or just relax and enjoy the views. There is a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is a 24’ private, covered boat slip. Daily/weekly boat rentals are within walking distance at Spend A Day Marina. Dishes and linens are provided, please ask if there is something specific you will need for your stay.
Exterior security cameras are located on each side of the property with complete views of all exterior activity (firepit, boat dock, front door, driveway and lake facing side) for safety purposes.

Great house, had every tool in the kitchen you could possibly think of. Very clean and cozy. Views were excellent. The host was super reaponsive and very helpful. Neighbor owner also very pleasant as well. Almost instant responses to any question. The only comment I have is that the house is very close to the water and it's a sheer drop off the sidewalk into 3ft water. All of the kids were under 5, so we made them wear lifejackets every time they went outside. Would recommend 10/10.

We LOVED our stay at the Arthur's Point rental house. It was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of the lake from the inside and outside of the house. The bed was comfortable in the master bedroom, and house was decorated nicely. This house has it all - sun room, indoor games, kayaks, firepit, and more! This house was awesome, and we hope to stay here again on our next visit to Indian Lake!
