The building is very secure. I love the fact that there is security at the front door. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy and affordable! The hostess was easy to communicate with.
The location of the apartment building could be in a more desirable area. There was trash and graffiti around on the streets of neighboring buildings.

Studio super bem equipado, aconchegante e limpo. Cozinha completa, banheiro excelente e cama confortável. O edificio possui academia, piscina, lavanderia, funcionarios educados além da ótima comunicação com a Ale, sempre solicita.
A localização é ótima pra quem quer aproveitar o centro de São Paulo e a cena LGBT+, com restaurantes, bares e casas noturnas, tudo pertinho!

The property was mostly clean. We were in a great location and really enjoyed the spa facilities & pool. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed eating out on the balcony and found this to be a great addition to our apartment.
We received a very dirty toilet plunger. We were quite disgusted by this. A lot of the cutlery was rusted and or hadn’t been cleaned properly. The furniture smelled a bit musty and was a bit outdated. We would have liked to have been provided more cleaning supplies, but luckily had brought our own to clean some parts of the flat.
