The room is very good and have an external part. Its a worthy place.
The sauna is simple not hot enough i could not use it. They are aware of the problem and say it is that way, but honestly no one can use that. Its was happenin the virada cultural, and the noise was huge 24 hours.

Fitness and pool on roof top
Communication with management virtually impossible. Local staff do not care and are not interested to help you with your problems. They rigidly apply the rules without caring. Example: such leaving you between entrance doors sitting on pot plants for two hours while trying to solve check-in problems.
There are big works in the same building with lot of noise. They are constructing a new wing practicly next door. This works will continue probably for the next six months. Be aware!

Cleaning at check in not good.
Difficult to contact, only via WhatsApp and only in Portuguese.

Bed and gym,pool.
1h waiting before we got to room.It was not cleaned properly!Poorly equipped kitchen part.Smell from toilet and toilet was not flushing first 24h before we managed to get maintenance to fix it.
