About this house rental
Adjoining duplex, directly across the street from a shared private beach (Pine Acres) with central air conditioning. Watch the sunrise from the multi level decks facing Nantucket Sound. Two bedrooms with ocean views and upper deck access. Each side offers four bedrooms and one and 1/2 baths, living rooms, kitchens, washers/dryers, dishwashers and microwaves.
Perfect property for getting together yet still maintaining some individual space. Mini split AC units located in all upstairs bedrooms and living rooms (on both sides), window units in both basement sleeping areas. This home has been completely updated with fresh paint, new air conditioning units, outdoor showers, appliances, mattresses and a game room, which includes a foosball table, air hockey table, stereo, Nintendo and large flat screen tv. The game room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. This home also has a rollaway ping pong table in the garage. This home has something for everyone!

We had a great week here with my 3 adult children and their partners along with 6 grandchildren under 5! Location is what made this ideal as the walk to the beach takes 2 minutes! The house was clean and all appliances were workable. A nice 4 burner Weber grill was perfect since we ate most meals at home. I would say there are only 7 bedrooms and that’s including a basement one. There are not 8.

We had so much fun on our family vacation to the beach and could not have chosen a better place to stay. House was as described, clean, well equipped, great outdoor space and surprisingly quiet. We very much appreciated the location, walkable neighborhood with beaches, eateries and shops so close by.

We had 15 people total, 8 adults and 7 children. The duplex provided comfortable sleeping for all, and lots of entertainment. The location directly across from the beach was great for the smaller kids, as was the fully fenced back yard. And that game room! We had the BEST week!
