Beautiful property on golf course, near 'El Palmar" beach. Two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms; three beds total. Luxury condo in Ixtapa. Conveniently located in the Palma Real Golf Course. This beautiful gated property has tennis and basketball court, recently remodeled pool deck, 24/7 security, parking space, hi-speed wireless internet and beautiful gardens. Guest will have access to a beautiful pool with palapas and comfortable pool furniture. Tennis court, and basketball court.
The neighborhood is very private, and safe. This is a gated community, with beautiful green surroundings. The property is very well maintained by our HOA, and administrator.
Taxi service is very inexpensive and fast. You just need to ask security to call a radio-taxi, and you will have a ride within 5 minutes.
I have a list of recommendations of where to go, and what to do. I also have a number of contacts, if you have special requests, such as: Tour guides, fishing guides, restaurant managers, massage parlors, among others.
