The house and area were very nice. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches, and the neighborhood pool was very nice. We had a couple of issues - the dirty toilet in the master suite when we arrived, the microwave did not work the entire time we were there (we called maintenance the 2nd day, and they said they would replace it), and the refrigerator didn't cool properly for a day & a half - we called the maintenance number, & they came the same day, but we ended out throwing out some food just to be safe. We did enjoy our visit very much, but were disappointed with the issues we had.

The original listing included pictures of a golf cart and some beach equipment, and the golf cart was listed as a part of the rental. When we got to the house, we were told these things are NOT included with the rental. The house was nice, but we won’t be going back to any property listed with this rental company.
