A glazed balcony with radiant so that you can sit outside in bad weather and it is cozy warm.
The beach is about 12-15 minutes walk, center with supermarket, bakery, restaurants and pubs
Final cleaning (50Euro incl bedlinen) and tourist tax is paid locally

Ich hatte extra eine Wohnung mit WLAN gesucht. Es existiert, ist grottenlangsam und die Aussage der Vermieterin: „das ist in Ostfriesland so“ ist Quatsch und zeigt „kein Bock“. Glasfaser liegt bis zum Haus, die Werbeplakate des EWE sind nicht zu übersehen.
Die Wohnung ist einladend, ich fühlte mich willkommen.
Dass sie in einem Wohnblockgebiet liegt, lässt sich aus der Anzeige nicht erkennen.
Und abends ist es so stockdunkel, dass mir der Stern des Nachbarn die Zufahrt gezeigt hat. Zu Fuß nicht einladend.
