About this apartment rental
Our cozy apartment is located in the apartment house Borkum and can accommodate 2 - 4 persons.
The cottage Borkum is located in a traffic impasse. At the end there is a lovely walking and hiking trail at Dog depth along. The apartment is fully equipped and habitable the whole year.
The distance to the beach and harbor is about a 10-15 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 5-10 minutes.
Living / dining room:
Large living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, TV, SAT, DVD player, radio, CD player, exit to the balcony.
Dining area with table and four chairs, china cabinet, highchair.
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen with window, electric stove with four burners, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and coffee pad machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer.
Bad:
Bathroom with shower, toilet and window.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom with double bed, two mattresses a 90 * 200 cm, wardrobe, drawers, windows with blinds.
Non smoking property
Registered pets allowed. A maximum of 1 dog or 1 cat. More dogs / cats are explicitly possible only after prior consultation. The animals are € 15.00 payable (if more than one animal, the local charge is payable in cash). Unannounced dogs / cats cost € 30.00 per night (the money is then also payable locally in cash).
Cleaning: € 50.00
Note for payment! Currently only the online payment by credit card is possible!

The tax per person has all year on site to be paid upon arrival in cash.

Komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Ruhige Ortsrandlage mit schön gemähtem Hundeweg um das nahegelegene Feld. Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig; hübscher, gepflegter Kurpark und gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
Wir (auch unser Hund) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist schön, es war alles perfekt. Leider mussten wir wegen einer Erkrankung vorzeitig abreisen.

Noch nie eine solch gut ausgestattete FeWo gesehen. Zig Bücher, DVDs, Spiele und sogar Playmobil für die Kids.
Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.
Lage und Größe der Wohnung waren ebenfalls gut.
Es hätte nur wirklich sauberer sein können (müssen). Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer sah auf den ersten Blick sauber aus, doch als unser dreijährige auf dem Boden spiele, klebten zig verschiedene Mensch und Tierhaare an seiner Kleidung.
Gerne hätte ich im laufe der Woche auch selbst mal gesaugt, doch der vorhandene Staubsauger war so verstopft mit Haaren und Fusseln, dass er nichts ansaugte.
Auch die Heizungen inkl. Rohre sowie das Bettsofagestell müssten dringend mal gereinigt bzw. entstaubt werden.
Die Matrazen waren arg dünn und der Fernseher für die Distanz zum Sofa wirklich klein. Aber wir waren ja nicht zum Fernseh schauen im Urlaub.
