"You never buy a house, you always buy the view". Less than an hour from Cape Town, in the middle of the Botrivier wine region, are our two modern, country houses built in Cape Dutch style.
They are connected by an open kitchen and are located on an eco-estate with a view of their own lake, where you can also swim. Ideal to relax and to switch off from the stress of the big city.
The all-round view, the expanse and the sunsets are fantastic. A private freshwater lake right in front of the house invites you to swim. The entire 50 acre property is secured by an electric fence. There are many paths for beautiful walks at sunrise and sunset. The two houses are also suitable for 2 families. There are 2 bedrooms for 2 people each and an additional room with a sofa bed 90x200 cm and a sofa bed 90x 170 cm, so for 2 children.
There is a special book in the house with tips for restaurants, events, hikes and other events. Mountain biking, river rafting and abseiling are possible nearby. In addition, a world-famous wild animal trainer for filming in the neighborhood has his animal farm.
