Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans le logement. Il est très agréable et très bien situé. Le seul bémol reste l'odeur difficilement supportable de cigarette et d'animaux dans le couloir de la résidence. Mais une fois dans le logement tout est oublié :)

environnement un peu bruyant au regard de la taille de l'immeuble et de sa place de stationnement devant, l'ensemble créant une résonance gênante.

Bonne localisation pour tout faire à pied.
Présence proche d’une boîte de nuit, 3 soirs par semaine avec nuisances associées.
Appartement fonctionnel, bonne literie. La cuisine et la salle de bain demanderaient un petit rafraîchissement.
