Description of the rental .... Large T2 apartment 67 m2, located on the 3rd floor with elevator and in the center of Andernos.

• Living room with sofa bed 140 and veranda in which you will find 2 low armchairs and a small table and you will have a side view of the Arcachon Basin.
• 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), BB bed provided if necessary, a large closet and a balcony which gives to the rear of the residence with a lounge chair, a small garden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) and the view from listed on the Arcachon Bay,).
• 1 bathroom (bath)
• 1 separate WC
• Private parking

Crockery and cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Fridge and freezer, Mini-oven, electric coffee maker + senséo, Hob, Microwave, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Vacuum cleaner, Iron, Electric heating.

Further information:
traders, restaurants, bars, shops, the oyster port with its fishermen's huts, its seafood restaurants, forest walks, outings organized by the tourist office.
Beach 300 m, cycle path at the bottom of the residence (which goes around the Arcachon basin). Bike shed on the ground floor of the residence.
Summer: entertainment every evening on the pier by the beach
(concerts, dancing evenings, night markets). Ocean 20 km, Pyla dune 60 km, CAP FERRET 30 km (you can also get there by the bike path).
If you wish to visit our beautiful city BORDEAUX, the bus passes at the bottom of the residence and you will arrive in the heart of Bordeaux, next to the tourist office.

Je recommande cette location idéalement située si vous souhaitez être proche du centre bourg et de la plage. De belles promenades à pied à réaliser. Le marché couvert disponible tous les jours juste derrière l'immeuble. Un peu bruyant néanmoins.

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos .Rien à redire au niveau propreté , spacieux, bonne literie, idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied . Les propriétaires sont disponibles et les petites attentions à l'arrivée ( cannelés de Bordeaux et boissons fraîches ) étaient un petit plus bien agréable.Un emplacement de parking privé est vraiment un plus et la clim installée cette année aussi . Je recommande vivement cet appartement à toutes les personnes voulant découvrir la région.

appartement bien situé tout près du marché et de tous commerces,près des rues piétonnes et de l'accès au bassin.Calmela nuit.
Attention à l'utilisation de la climatisation car nous ne l'avons utilisé qu'une heure pendant la semaine et avons dû payer la consommation.
