About this apartment rental
Located in the beautiful “Aldebaran” estate, this very nice duplex apartment is ideal for spending a great holiday. Particularly well maintained, this private residence is known for its warm atmosphere. The site is fenced and has a small swimming pool with terrace.
The 79 m² apartment is spread over two levels separated by a wide spiral staircase. A few steps (no elevator) lead to the first level that consists of a comfortable living / dining room, equipped with vintage furniture and a Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is present throughout the apartment. The American kitchen is bright and super equipped. The living room opens out onto a terrace offering views of the sea and the port of Dénia, making it a perfect place to enjoy relaxing meals under the Mediterranean skies.
The second floor features two bedrooms – a twin room and a double room – as well as a shower room. The master bedroom is air conditioned and enjoys a terrace offering lovely views of the sea and the mountain.
The residence does not provide private parking; however, parking lots are available just outside and are visible from the apartment.
ENVIRONMENT
The Aldebaran estate is ideally located, next to the port of Dénia, the Marineta Casiana beach and the city centre. The superb natural park of Les Rotas is at a mere 500m from there.
The Marineta Casiana is a large, golden sandy beach, close to the port of Dénia. Located in a protected bay, at the edge of a calm, shallow sea, it is an ideal destination for families with children. Many activities are on offer for all ages.

The property is in a nice small ,quiet development on the edge of town. Great location just a short walk - 10 or 15 minutes to the town centre and 5 minutes to the Marina. Development and building work is going on at the minute across the road from the apartment which causes a little bit of noise and dust but nothing too disturbing!
The property itself is clean and tidy however it could do with a little bit of DIY in certain areas. The door to the top balcony off the main bedroom requires immediate attention and the entrance staircase is starting to crumble slightly. The property is definitely not suitable for small children due to the 2 spiral staircases - inside and out. It would also benefit from more comfortable seating as an option for the main terrace/balcony. Pool area is very small but adequate.
Overall we had an excellent stay.
