Our beachfront villa is a perfect choice for unwinding under the Greek sun with peace and quiet that will restore your soul. Skorponeria beachfront house is situated just 50 steps from the beach!!!! The beach filled with olive trees that reach the sea is the perfect Mediterranean scenery for relaxing,swimming,sunbathing,playing outdoors for couples and/or families. Free parking in front of the main Entrance .
Seafront house is a few steps from the beach, and is an independent and separate ground floor of a villa with a two flat house of the owner.With a terrace that leads to the garden .Ping pong table t waits to challenge you,with the spacious kitchen with all the utilities to make your stay easy. Barbecue for use, Netflix TV, and unlimited WiFi internet .
The house is situated a few steps from sea level. You will enjoy all the privileges to be so close to the almost private beach. You can swim and sunbath even if your other friends are still asleep or doing something else. You can enjoy and relax at the privacy of the garden in front of the terrace of the house.The BBQ is so close and very practical to use. When you enter your private entrance you will be in the living room with a smart TV ,Netflix, unlimited high speed WiFi and a balcony door that opens all the way to make you feel you are in the garden overlooking the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with a double door refrigerator and a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with modern facilities.#1 with shower and #2 with a bathtub.The main bedroom has an other balcony door to lead to the veranda and is designed with very relaxed colors.The bed is 1.80 width with a double mattress for quite and relaxed sleeping. The second bedroom is a romantic iron type bed to make you dream and the third one has a sofa bed with a sliding bed underneath and a desktop if you have some work to do.All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
