About this house rental
Like new level entry walk out, one bedroom basement suite on a rural property situated on Quadra Island. Just 4kms from the ferry terminal and other amenities. Suite is easy access with parking immediately outside the front door. Private covered patio with barbeque. Full kitchen and comfortable livingroom with cable tv and wifi. Queen bed and ensuite bath. Roll-away cot available. Shared laundry. On a lovely 12 acre property with great views down the hill to a large pond. Guests are invited to roam our easy walking trails through the forest on the property. We are also located just a short walk/drive to several well maintained community walking trails. 1.5kms to a beach access, 3kms to the golf course and 7kms to Rebecca Spit. Hostess on site with a large, very friendly dog. A peaceful place to enjoy your stay.
Water/sewer/30amp electric RV hookup available as for fee add on to rental.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

What a wonderful stay!! Laurie's place was perfect for us. So well set up and we weren't wanting for anything! Our hosts were wonderful...we highly recommend this place!

This was an amazing 😀 three day getaway for my friend and myself. We used our money to golf 2 days at the Quadra Island golf course. The weather which was calling for rain co operated and the sun shone both days. We checked out the island and enjoyed the large property. The hostess is great, very friendly and knowledgeable, her dog is an adorable Shepard, her husband we did not meet! But he sounded great on the phone. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for peace in a serene location,the unit was immaculate and very well equipped, we had all our meals there and only brought our food eith us. Coffeewassupplied. Could not be happier! K

This property is very well maintained and managed. Really nice people and very helpful on any questions we had about the Island. Good job Laurie and Kevin.
