The house consists of a large single room with armchairs, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed that disappears by pressing an electric button, a bathroom with shower, a closet and an exclusive panoramic terrace from which you can see a splendid rocky ridge with the remains of the Byzantine castle of Taormina (site of the ancient Greek acropolis).
The house is located in a perfect central position: everything is within walking distance. It is possible to swim in the nearby bay of Mazzarò by taking the cable car, a few hundred meters away, which takes you directly to the most beautiful beach of Isola Bella.
The house is located about 500 meters from the bus terminal to and from the airport of Catania and near the tourist bus stops to visit Sicily. Public and private parkings can be reached on foot. In Taormina, the car is not necessary: all the most interesting places are easily reachable on foot and Space is Luxury enjoys an excellent barycentric position.

Maurizio's place is located right in the middle of everything in Taormina, we couldn't have been in a better location.
The place is quite small (which is obvious from the listing) but perfectly fine for 2 people (I wouldn't recommend more although there are 2 additional fold-out beds). Most everything you need (including a washer/dryer) is there for you.
A couple things to know: (1) you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment; (2) the drop-down bed (very cool design feature) sits on the floor when down, so depending on your flexibility and ability to get up and down off the floor, this bed could potentially be an issue especially for older folks.
The communication with Maurizio and Nancy was easy, and Maurizio was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, bars, and where to park our car (which we did not need at all during our stay -- and trust me, you do not want to be driving in Taormina).
Overall, this was a great place to stay during our 4 days in Taormina!
