About this apartment rental
This very exclusive, exceptional and luxury Penthouse consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms ( one en suite ), a large terrace ( 80m2 ), conservatory, large lounge dining area and a fully fitted open plan kitchen. It is situated on the ninth floor and is accessed by a lift to the eighth floor and then stairs.
The Penthouse is located in the centre of Torrox Costa on the frontline just 80m from the promenade and sea.
The south facing terrace gives spectacular views of the sea and the mountains to the north. It also benefits from a communal garden with large swimming pool and two tennis courts.
The property which has been recently refurbished to very high standards is fully furnished and consists of:
TERRACE
80m2 with a Pergola, Rattan style glass topped dining table and six chairs, six sun loungers and four further chairs. Its special feature is a built in barbecue.
CONSERVATORY
The Conservatory is situated off the main living area with bi folding doors opening directly onto the terrace. This area has a glass top round dining table and four chairs, as well as a sofa, two chairs and a TV.
UTILITY ROOM
There is a built-in utility room with sliding doors off the conservatory which comprises washing machine, tumble dryer and drinks fridge as well as an ironing board, iron and clothes airer. There is also ample storage space for the patio furniture and sun lounger cushions.
LOUNGE DINING AREA
Immediately off the impressive marble tiled hallway is the large lounge dining area consisting of a large dining table which seats six guests, a large triple seater sofa and two additional chairs. There is a large Satellite TV, DVD and Internet connection
KITCHEN
Off the lounge is a fully fitted open plan kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is another glass breakfast table and four chairs which enjoys views of the beach and sea.
BEDROOMS
The apartment has three good sized bedrooms and can be configured as super king or twin/single beds - giving total flexibility for guests. There is ample built in wardrobe space. The master bedroom also enjoys a south facing sun lounge which acts as a reading room with two easy chairs.
BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with a large walk in shower as well as wash basin and WC . In addition there is a second bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC .
AMENITIES
All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have air conditioning ( hot and cold) together with ceiling fans.
The property has marble tiled floors throughout.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Torrox Costa has many bars and restaurants close by and Aldi and Lidl supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
Nerja - one of the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Spain is just 8kms away
Malaga - the capital of Andalusia is only 50 kms ( 45 minutes ) where the nearest airport is.

Fabulous. The apartment was better than we expected. The rooftop area was wonderful. We were beside the beach which was lovely and we also had a big pool to swim in. Everything you could need was provided by the hosts. Couldn’t fault it really. We would love to go back to the apartment and the area.
The area was laid back. Loads of places to eat and drink but more family or couples oriented rather than wild nightlife! Suited us and we were a short bus ride into Nerja if we wanted a change.
Good value as well.

The apartment is exactly like the photos. Beautiful, spacious, quiet and exceptionally well equipped. The terrace is wonderful with ocean views, wonderful sunsets, the moon reflected on the water, incredible sleepy sunrises with the sound of rolling waves. Bliss. There's air conditioning and fans to stay comfortable. Laundry, dishwasher. Beach gear. It is less than a 5 min stroll from front door of the apartment to the long sandy beach. The sand is dark and very clean. The pool is big (great for lap swimmers too) and lifeguarded. The hours change throughout the seasons. The Penthouse has lift access to floor 8 with 1 flight of stairs to the apartment.
There are an assortment of local supermarkets for fresh produce and terrific bakeries. Little markets on the prom with restaurants and cafes. The bus stop is less than 100m from the front door of the apartment. Small taxi rank in the same vicinity.
The property manager Carolyn is exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, resourceful and accommodating. She responds very promptly to WhatsApp and made our check-in and check- out arrangements effortless. The taxi transfer to return to the airport was perfect and 20 euros less than we paid for our self arranged transfer to Torrox. Highly recommended.
