About this villa rental
"Villa Las Tres J" is situated in a prime location on Málaga's Costa del Sol, in Torrox Costa (considered to have the best climate in Europe) and near such prestigious neighboring towns as Nerja, Frigiliana, and Torrox. It is also close to the provincial capitals of Málaga and Granada, just 30 minutes and 50 minutes away, respectively. The villa faces the Mediterranean Sea, overlooking the Ferrara and Peñoncillo beaches, where you can enjoy the sun all day long, as well as the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The villa is a standalone property, very recently built (2020), spacious (ideal for families, children, and groups), quiet, and modern. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a laundry and ironing room, a game room (pool table, ping-pong table, darts), a private pool, a spacious terrace, a barbecue, and guaranteed free public parking right in front of the villa. Jose is a super professional owner and he took care of us from the very first minute of our arrival.
We got a guided tour of the house and he showed us how everything was working from a to z.
The house is just wonderful as the pictures show and there is absolutely everything you need in this house.
I give both the house and the owners a 5 out of 5 star performance.
We will love to come back there some time.
We were 9 people in the house with no problems, and we all had a great week.

Villa Las Tres J is a fabulous villa with everything we could possibly need in it. Great BBQ area and lovely pool to cool down in with a view of the sea. Jose and his partner were excellent hosts, and we would highly recommend this family villa.
We all had a great time, thank you Jose!!
