Die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nach wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch Restaurants und Bars gibt es genug in der Nähe. Es wird hier nie langweilig. Die genutzten E-Geräte wie zum Beispiel Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, elektr. Jalousien und Fernseher haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Strasse ist ab dem späten Nachmittag bis in die Nacht sehr belebt. Man hört es aber fast gar nicht von der Wohnung aus.
Das Mobiliar der Ferienwohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten so langsam renoviert bzw. getauscht werden. Die Treppe zur Ferienwohung ist sehr steil und dementsprechend für ältere Herrschaften anspruchsvoll. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung aktualisiert werden.

I loved all the balcony/terrace areas. There was enough room for my family and the air conditioning worked well. It was super centrally located and we adored the one restaurant right in the alley.
The stairs were brutal. Especially with a few suitcases and a stroller

L'emplacement formidable, le quartier très vivant, le parking (payant) mais tout proche, l'appartement à neuf, les équipements...
Attention aux coupures d'électricité (plombs qui sautent), plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Sinon, rien.

Wonderful laundry wash and dry setup. Drying rack on the patio was perfect, plenty of room to hang clothes indoors.
Mattress in larger bedroom was flipped over, the side on top was not meant to be slept on. The actual top of the mattress was disgustingly stained and smelled bad. It needs to be replaced! Requested additional toilet paper, never recd. Host not responsive. Front door lock broken when we arrived, no instructions provided before arrival. Apartment lock barely functional, did not work well at all. Minimally secure. If mattress replaced and door fixed would give it a 9
