Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Hidden Hills house for a 60th birthday girls weekend for 13 woman. We've been gathering for 14 years and this was the first time that EVERYONE loved the house. Having 5 king beds was fantastic and every bed, including the bunk beds was comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy. We rolled back the cover on the pool, hit the spa button and were relaxing in the hot tub in 30 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining table was large enough to accommodate us and there was a huge stack of games to play. Enjoyed our appetizers one night around the fire pit and the next night on the ample front porch. Loved the remote location and the deer walking through the yard every morning. Several wineries are nearby and Paso Robles is an easy 20 minute drive. This is the 4th time I've booked through Paso Robles Vacation Robles and every property has been clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive and easy to reach. We can't wait to come back next year!

We ran into water supply issues at check-in and though it was a rough start, the PRVR team kept in close communication and was easy to reach to help resolve the issues. The house is somewhat updated, separate upstairs and downstairs AC was perfect. What we absolutely loved was the amount of space and the swimming pool with a spa. The layout worked so well for our group of 12, including 5 kids. The guest house was large and works well for someone who needs more privacy or for another family. Location was private, 30-40 minutes to Pismo and Paso.

The house and features were excatly as advertised and thge customer service leading up to and during our stay was exceptional. Any time we had a question, we received a prompt and friendly response. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything we needed other than the food/drinks. We had quite a few meals at the house and there was not anything we needed to cook or serve that we could not find. While we did not use the pool or hot tub, we did enjoy the grounds, especially when the sun came out as we were there when the weather was on the cool side. We loved the fact that the house had many games to enjoy. Having ensuite bathrooms for the king rooms was perfect for our large group. Check-in and check out was extremely easy. This was our fourth annual trip as a group and this was by far the best of the properties we have enjoyed thus far. We highly recommend Hidden Hills Olives and Oaks and Paso Robles Vacation Rentals and would not hestitate to visit this property and use PRVR again, especially for a large group gatherine. The house came recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. We rented the house for a cousins reunion (5 couples) for a long weekend of wine tasting, relaxation and fun. The house is beautiful inside and out, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit a lot. Loved how private the setting felt, while close to the wineries and not far from town. Look forward to coming back.

14 of us stayed comfortably as we held our annual get-together of a group of "old" college friends. (We first met as college freshmen in 1966.) The house and guest house were great, and we loved that there were two dining areas where we could all eat and visit. We took advantage of the pool, outdoor grill and bocci ball court. Daytime outings included Morro Bay and the Piedras Blancas Light House.

Minor rodent problem but other than that property was fine. However, we would not recommend Paso Robles Vacation Rentals. We needed to shift the dates of our original booking from "Sunday thru Saturday" to "Friday thru Thursday". We were charged an additional $455! The explanation we were given for the additional charge was that we would now be staying thru a weekend and rates were higher on the weekends. This makes no sense since we actually freed up a weekend by making the change. In fairness to PRVR all of the people we dealt with were courteous and professional but, they were also illogical, nonsensical and inflexible, and certainly not the owners. We cannot recommend them and will not be using them in the future.

We meet up with friends from all over CA every year. we choose Paso Robles because of the central location for everyone to get to. This has been our favorite house so far! This house is stocked with everything you can think of! Games, huge amounts of kitchen utensils and supplies, coffee, plenty of seating, towels, literally everything we needed! The porch is amazing with 2 large tables for eating and several chairs for relaxing. The fire pit is large with lots of seats around to enjoy. Speakers outside, 2 BBQ's, large Casita... we were all so impressed! Rural location away from close neighbors but only 10 min to get to the grocery store. This is a great house and we can't wait to stay here again!

We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool which thankfully has a cover to keep the bugs and debris out. There's no shade around the pool but there were two umbrellas provided to move where needed. The beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the upstairs air conditioning worked well. We had an issue with the downstairs temp, and the manager sent help promptly. Lots of games provided and a good layout to gather in the kitchen/TV/dining area. Nice bocce court, although the pallino was missing. The guest house is roomy too with a full kitchen, two bathrooms. Nice and cool in there and very close to the main house. We drove 15-20 minutes to the Fair, downtown Paso, Atascadero zoo, and about 40 minutes to Cambria. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better before our stay-dirty frying pans, dried food stuck on outdoor patio table-but nothing that was a dealbreaker for us. We'd definitely visit again!

Pretty much a small home with 2 large bathrooms. The AC worked great in both houses. And once again customer service was spectacular! Every time I called they staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was responsive and kind. Some ares of improvements would be to ensure that the BBQ is cleaned, area rugs need to be shampooed, that the pool be serviced on time, and more umbrellas/shade is needed poolside.

The pool house was great as one couple stayed in there. Not realizing until we arrived my family had rented this same house in the winter of 2015. The house has been remodeled since then. The bath towels were new and very luxurious. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only issues we had were an upstairs bathroom sink that did not drain properly. Once I told management about it they said the would send someone over to fix it. At that point we were leaving the next day and declined. We had difficulties finding a broom and the drawer in the kitchen that housed the garage was difficult to pull out. Other than that every thing was great. Nice pool and hot tub, bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen and outdoor speakers made for a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again.

The outdoor space was amazing with plenty of room to spread out with lots of seating to relax and appreciate the landscape and gardens. The younger generations used the hot tub and bocce ball, the outdoor porch and fire pit was shared by all. The home also had access for grandma who uses a walker. Paso Robles Realty was very helpful with booking and once we arrived promptly addressed a few small items. Perfect place to celebrate and create family memories. We will rent again in the future

Nice location, great pool and private space. We had a few issues during our stay: - The cleaners used an oil based orange scented cleaner in the oven and did not get it all out. We turned on the oven and had smoke in the house. We had to open all the windows and run the selfcleaning function get this out of the ovens. - The AC did not work, it was not super hot during our stay but upstairs would get to about 80 degrees at bedtime for our kids. It would have been nice to cool it down just before bedtime. we set both thermostats to cool at 74 and the AC compressor never turned on even thought it was well above 78 in the house. For the daily rate we were paying this is unacceptable. - the pool cover would not always work, you would have to try the switch a few times. not a big deal but it should be fixed - There is a rat infestation behind the pool kitchen, its gross and I didn't show my wife or she would have made us leave on the spot.

This is the second time our group of 9 women who have known each other for 45+ years stayed here. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return! Spacious home, lots of bedrooms (+ bathrooms!) plus the long dining table made it an ideal spot for a few days of rest, crafting, good food, good wine and good conversation.
