The house and barn tasting room over looks the vineyard. This property is very special, you just have to come and see for yourselves. Overall stay was great. The space was big, clean and beautiful. However, we did notice the AC kept randomly turning off especially in the living room. So, the room did get really warm. Also, a couple of friends stayed in the downstairs bedroom and saw a rat running around. However, the space is great for large groups and I would book again.

Extremely happy with my stay. I had one question just before my visit, and the property manager was quick to respond, thank you! The house nice, clean, and had lots of open space. We did quite a bit of cooking at the house, and the kitchen had a nice stove and more-than-adequate cutlery/pans, cooking was pleasant, and not that typical "chore" when you are not at your own house.The sheets were clean, there were more than enough towels for my large group, and thank goodness the a/c was working cuz temps hit 101f in downtown Paso on our last day.The dogs loved walking around the property, and the grill was put to use. I would definitely recommend this place to any/all of my friends and family!

We stayed here, same house, 4 years ago. March 2021. It was the last trip we took with mom. We lost her 1 month later. Going back to the same house was bitter sweet. The memories will stay with us forever. The house is just as beautiful as back then. Thank you for allowing us to come back. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large family. House, property, area all beautiful and tranquil.

The house is decorated so modern and beautifully. Also the house is very comfortable. The kitchen has many options for cooking supplies, dishes and glassware . Love the privacy of the location as well. We just had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to lock the side door. Thank you so much we had a wonderul time with our friends.

Unbelievable amount of space to either be together or find a quiet spot for yourself. Beautifully appointed with a fully-and I mean fully-stocked kitchen. Our family ranged from 3 to 86 and everyone was so happy to be able to gather and enjoy each others company. Wish we had had more time. Having the two desperate buildings was awesome!!!!

Beautiful drive to the property. Easy access and fully equipped with anything you need. All the kitchen appliances and gadgets and plenty of blankets and towels. We completely enjoyed our stay and lots of space for 10 of us. Only surprise ( perhaps I missed this detail in the listing) that two of the lovely ensuite bedrooms could only be accessed from outside the house. Only a problem in the rain. Would highly recommend!!

Everyone liked the setting and the house. We had all of the amenities necessary. The host and management company were superb. My only thought is that the upstairs in the "barn" might be best set up as a studio, with permanent bed, sitting area and desk. That's not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Our group came in from NY to celebrate a birthday. Mostly couples which this house was set up perfectly for. We all had our own rooms and separation when needed. The main living space and kitchen was amazingly set up for us and this house was close to everything we wanted to do an many wineries. We had a great time and this house was beautiful. Our hosts were great too and responded quickly every time!

The property is in an amazing location among oak trees and vineyards on a quiet road. Yet it is only a few minutes from beautiful Paso Robles and a half hour from the beach. The house was better than the pictures—so spacious and clean, and so comfortably furnished. We took turns falling in love with the kitchen; cooking was so fun, with plenty of room for everyone around the huge island or on nearby comfy couches—definitely a place for enjoying family! Our group of 8 had an amazing stay. In short, there was literally nothing to complain about. The house layout was perfect for a group of our size (or bigger) and well appointed with everything we thought to look for. The couple questions we had to the property manager were answered within minutes. Literally no complaints whatsoever. We loved it and hope this house is available next time we schedule a trip to Paso Robles.

The house was perfect sized for my extended family gathering, including 8 adults, one kid and a dog. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space is huge--lots of hang-out space. There was also a good amount of hang-out space outdoors, but didn't use that much because of all the bird activity and poop. Aside from that, the wildlife watching is great from house or deck. The ad said there was a spa, but there is not. Two of the bedrooms/baths are downstairs like a daylight basement, each with a separate entrance--good for privacy. We had an issue with the carbon monoxide detectors going off and the owner was very quick to respond and resolve the matter. We really appreciate how seriously she took it and made sure we still enjoyed our stay. I have to give her huge kuddos for that!!

The Tree House is located amongst vineyards — very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful coastal oak trees; lots of birds. Numerous deck spaces with seating and tables invite guests to be outdoors. The Tree House has plenty of space and the included barn is available for games as well as additional sleeping space. The kitchen is very well equipped and is spacious enough for several chefs at the same time. Trish and the property manager were accessible, helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Tree House and highly recommend it.

The house was a wonderful place to get away for the long weekend! The expansive kitchen/living room area was excellent, fitting everybody with ample room to kick back and chill, whether sharing a meal, or just lounging around. The barn also provided a nice game room for simple entertainment. The vineyard was quiet, with plenty of deck space to soak it in during the cool mornings. All in all it was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The owners were very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Our family birthday weekend celebration was a huge success in no small part to this beautiful home. We had an absolutely wonderful time and really enjoyed both the location and the home itself. The bonus kitchen, play room was especially cool as my 21 year old brother had his own place to hang out away from the little kids and older adults. The fuz ball and corn hole games were great fun. The only note is that there are two rooms that are downstairs in the main house and you have to go outside to get to them. When it came to picking rooms those were not ideal for the parents with little ones but someone had to give. That said, the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms were amazing. Perfect for a big family gathering and dining. We even did an Easter egg hunt for the kids and they loved it. Right on a vineyard the light at the end of the day is magic and the view is special. The drive through the tree lined street to the home is one of the most heavenly drives and it's right next to so many incredible wineries. We highly recommend this country home away from home in Paso Robles for a big group.

The house was super clean and roomy and the barn was a really cool place for extra people to stay. We all had comfortable beds and almost a restroom per person! The area is really close to all the places we wanted to visit and the surrounding area felt really secluded and safe. I would love to stay at this house again. We celebrated our matriarch of 80 years. It was a perfect location where we could enjoy each others company. The property manager always replied quickly with questions. Loved the wilderness around us. Our adult kids want us to return!

A wonderful well equipped home in excellent condition with all the amenities one could need. The air hockey and corn hole were fun surprises that we all enjoyed. We especially appreciated the Christmas decor that made the house so festive. The barn was great for the 4 boys. Very comfortable and they loved sleeping there. The outside lights made them feel comfortable for going back and forth to the main house. Really nice for the adults to have some quiet time. A couple of issues: (1) the front downstairs bedroom was drafty. Also, the cold air return for the furnace was in the bathroom of that same bedroom,. This caused the room to be really Smokey when we had a fire downstairs or upstairs. (2) we had to clean out ashes before we could have a fire (3). Instructions for tv remotes would have been helpful. All in all, the house felt warm, cozy and safe. Trish is a good host. The kitchen is awesome and we had a wonderful family Christmas.

What a beautiful home. Perfect place for a large family. The barn was great when our 20 something’s stayed up later than the the adult -adults. Really is a treehouse and very remote. Make sure you arrive in the daylight. It is difficult to navigate in the dark. I called Trish and she answered right away and helped assist us. The house was stocked. Everything you could ever need. The bathrooms were beautiful - hot water and wonderful. Everything was perfect.

We had 11 adults, two children and two dogs for a 3 day festive gathering. It was perfect. We used all 9 beds and 6 bathrooms. The setting is so peacefull and the kitchen and common room was large enough for all, even plenty of parking for 6 cars. Management was very responsive and booking process was easy. 5 Stars.

We were in Paso to celebrate a 75th Birthday. Each couple had their own bed room, which was hard to find for 5 couples. The layout is grate with one big great room so people could easily mingle. The kitchen was fantastic. It has a big island that allowed enough space for each couple to prepare dinner. Have a gas grill was a bonus and the range was perfect for multiple dishes. It is centrally located for all the West-side wineries.

We rented this property for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The large kitchen allowed for meals to be shared together, and the main house separated from the smaller guest house was perfect for my husband and me to get ready the morning of our wedding. Our wedding parties stayed the weekend here with us and the amount of rooms to bathrooms worked so well. The view and lighting was perfect for getting ready and first look photos. A wonderful place to stay with people you love!

We stayed here during a work-related planning retreat. Our facilitation team stayed in the tasting barn and the attendees were in the main house - each having their own luxurious private room. Beautiful, calm, quiet space. Close to wineries and the coast. Manager was very responsive and provided extra keys for the group. Wifi was just ok - as expected from the listing - and cell service is spotty but that led to it really feeling like a retreat! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home while on vacation for our wedding. The home was so spacious for all 14 of us. Had everything you needed as far as a fully loaded kitchen, pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses. Had lots of extra blankets, sheets, towels, washer and dryer, anything you could think of, they had it!Communication with Trish the host, was awesome! She was so friendly, very quick to respond, and super helpful! We had an issue with the water in the master bathroom, and Trish was on it with the plumber. Oh, and the best part of the trip was waking up every morning to the beautiful views and the sound of nature! It was so relaxing! Perfect home to just get away and relax! Wish we had planned to stay longer! Our family will definitely consider going back soon! Thank you Trish and family!
