Beach view is beautiful. Construction was a bit of a down fall, but access to the beach is still available through the side ramp. Room was nice and clean! More towels to shower if staying longer than two days would be recommended!

The ladies at Pensacola Beach Properties could not have been any more helpful. This was my first trip alone and I had so many questions. Loved the location and the view of the Gulf of America from my patio was terrific! Had a wonderful time.

Here are a couple things I would like to address, the paper on the fridge has the wrong WiFi password - when we checked in the router was unplugged we had to plug in and reset it but it still would not work because we had the wrong password and after 2 days ( more than 48 hours ) and multiple calls and texts with no response - the after hours person gave us the right password. In a condo with no washer or dryer we did not have enough towels(4 towels for 4 adults) , no bath mats or pot holders in kitchen. The rug in living room is a tripping hazard as the corner is curled up ( this could easily be rotated to put the curled up corner under the furniture ) and there is no plate cover on the main plug in living room ( huge hazard ). Someone texted and said sorry for the delayed response but that they were shorted staffed - I am sorry for that but it is not my fault and I think the service and response was not acceptable. I would like to attach the pictures but it will not let me . I have worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and these are minor things that can be done. Overall the stay was pleasant but did fall short of wonderful . Reach out if you would like the pictures -
