Our stay was amazing as always! Sans Souci remains our favorite condo property on the beach. We've rented multiple different condos in this building from Pensacola Beach Properties and always have the best stay. The units are clean, well stocked, and the property manager has always been easily accessible.

The check in process is great but there are some things needing improvement.
First off the listing was not accurate in my opinion. It stated gulf front which indicated that I would be facing the gulf. However the condo was on the side of the building not the back so only half the view was gulf. It was equally the parking lot, sound side, and the strip. I was under the impression I was booking a full gulf view and when I texted the property management line about it, I received no response.
The things that are provided were great however, the toilet paper and trash bags were barely enough for 5 people for 3 days. 3 very small rolls for 5 people (3 teenagers) not enough.
The door out to the balcony sticks and there were some very sketch looking spots on the railing that were not secure. The front door also did not close securely unless pushed forcefully closed.
We also saw two roaches during our stay (which I understand with it being Florida)
Lastly, check out being 10am instead of a standard 11am with a $200 late check out fee is a little ridiculous considering the prices we are paying per night plus fees.
The location of the property itself is wonderful and if I had the view I thought I was getting I think it would have been even better. The property is gated which was lovely. The boardwalk and beach access with rinse off station were great.
