The property had everything we needed, and we found it spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful and kind. The bridge and road construction was in between this location and the livelier area with the restaurants, shops and the Ferris wheel. The traffic around the construction was bad most of the day. Very slow going. I understand it’s scheduled to be completed in October of 2026, later this year. We took the buses, caught them at the stop by the Hard Rock Hotel. So the location was convenient.

It is any older place with need for TLC, but if you're not a princess and looking for something cheap. Near a lot of restaurants and things to do , I recommend this place

Very friendly host and place was nice , quiet and clean ! Location was great with a free gated parking and easy 3-5 min walk to the nicest beach stretch in Cancun .

The stay was in a very convenient location. The area is safe. Amenities of pool and grounds were very nice and well kept. Supplies in the unit were very limited. I stayed for two weeks. No extra trash bags, no extra toilet paper. While I could have asked for more, I didnt. Went and bought some myself. The smell of sewer gases came and went. The laundry is not in the building, its down the street at a full service laundry mat. While there are a some issues. The beds were comfortable. Water was hot with plenty of hot water. The host was attentive with good communication.
