This rural getaway is close to Merricks General Store, Pt Leo Estate, and Pt Leo Surf Beach. Drive through scenic paddocks and past a fenced dam to unwind in this well-designed home. The Parent Retreat and children’s room are separated, with a dedicated bathroom and split heating-cooling system.
The formal lounge and dining area lead to a large deck with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing. A central kitchen and living space with a fireplace are great for communal time. The bedroom wing is separate, offering privacy with three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and laundry. Everyone will love the spacious outdoor area, including a treehouse cubby. Enjoy peaceful rural living.

It is situated only an hour and a half from Melbourne.

The house was even better than pictured in the photos it was suitable for a group or a couples getaway and was well catered to keep everyone entertained.

A beautiful country property with great views, very private, well equipped and comfortable. With the two fires and heaters it was perfect on a cold and wet weekend for relaxing with a book and good company watching the weather from the picture windows.
