Die Ausstattung, die Lage, der Komfort

Beim Frühstücksbuffet das Personal ist langsam, es wird das schmutzige Geschirr nicht weg geräumt. Am Morgen als wir später zum Frühstück kamen waren nur mehr 1 Tisch besetzt, aber alle anderen Tische leer und nicht abgeräumt. Auf meinen Caffe habe ich 23min gewartet, obwohl nur 1 Tisch mit 2 Leuten beim Frühstück waren. Dies sind Kleinigkeit welche in dieser Preisklasse passen müssen. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût, et la literie est d’un confort remarquable. La salle de bain, élégante et bien pensée, ajoute une touche de raffinement à l’ensemble. L’hôtel dégage un charme indéniable. Dès l’arrivée, on perçoit le soin apporté à chaque détail, tant dans la conception que dans la décoration des lieux. Tout est impeccablement entretenu. Les plantes aromatiques, les fleurs disséminées avec subtilité, et les pelouses parfaitement soignées contribuent à une atmosphère sereine et accueillante. Le domaine regorge d’espaces agréables où il fait bon se détendre : transats, fauteuils, et même un superbe carré convivial autour d’un braséro, idéal pour partager un moment chaleureux à plusieurs. Chaque recoin semble avoir été pensé pour le confort et le plaisir des visiteurs. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et attentif. Le service est irréprochable, tout simplement parfait. La piscine est un véritable havre de paix : propre, belle et très agréable. Le bar qui la jouxte est un atout supplémentaire. Le bar principal de l’hôtel est excellent, avec un vaste choix de boissons. Sa terrasse, somptueuse, offre une vue splendide sur la piscine et la vallée environnante. Le petit déjeuner est un régal : savoureux, varié, et composé de produits frais. Enfin, la localisation est idéale, avec de nombreux villages pittoresques à découvrir dans les environs.

wir hatten kein Tisch am Abend im Restaurant, da es voll gebucht war. Das wurde uns aber beim Check-In nicht mitgeteilt, was uns natürlich dann sehr geärgert hat. Auch für den nächsten Abend hatten sie unsere Reservation trotz Bestätigung an der Reception nicht drauf. Es hat dann aber doch geklappt mit dem Tisch. zu wenig Liegen am Pool für alle vorhanden. Wiese wäre gross genug für mehr Liegen.

Fijne, rustige plek met behulpzaam en hartelijke personeel; kamer verdient nog wat aandacht

Het resort ligt schitterend in het groen en biedt een oase van rust en ontspanning. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk, attent en professioneel.

Onze standaardkamer bevond zich in het souterrain, wat voor ons iets minder prettig was. De kamer voelde vrij donker en gesloten aan. De deur had een raamfunctie, maar zorgde helaas niet voor meer licht of ruimte. We waardeerden de oprechte excuses en de vriendelijke 10% korting die we bij het afrekenen ontvingen vanwege de ligging van onze kamer. Hoewel we niet helemaal tevreden waren over de kamer, zagen we duidelijk dat het resort er alles aan doet om gasten een fijne ervaring te bieden. Het is een luxe, schoon en verzorgd hotel met veel potentie. Met wat extra aandacht voor deze details zal de ervaring ongetwijfeld nog aangenamer worden.

Perfect peaceful vacation

Excellent staff! Haven’t met more polite, helpful and younger staff in a long time. In general, this hotel is out of this world, if you’re into nature and peaceful vacation no matter how long this is the place to be! Not really far away from the seaside, Rovinj or Umag, great restaurants in the area also, everything was perfect really.

Absolutely flawless resort with the most gracious staff and jaw dropping views.

Different levels of lush gardens and cobblestone walkways. Beautiful vistas overlooking the countryside out to the ocean. Absolutely breathtaking, while also charming and romantic. Gorgeous pool, spa and outdoor fire with cozy seating. Food was delicious and the breakfast included was top noch!

Amazing and authentic place to stay in Istria

A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.

The pools were not heated during our visit although stated differently, however, upon asking, it was due to a malfuncion of the system and they usually are heated at all times.

You can barely have the best in most segments, but in this case - you have it all.

Being up to the highest level at everything. Starting from splendid breakfast encounter, having maximised in-room experience (clean 100%, best equipped, designed to fulfill the environment in the most prestige way), Mr. Pantovic and the restaurant crew exceeding restaurant operating service and skills by far (!)... couldn't ask for more. And we traveled and traveled...

Great place !

Wonderful location between olive trees, Sunset with view to the pool - is like to be in africa. Great servicteam from the poolbar to room service. Excellent dinner and best informed waiter. A great place to relax, to find yourself and to enjoy life.
