A perfect location for family vacations on Ledro Lake

Spacious and super comfortable house with two apartments on each floor (ground, first) in the beautiful location. We also enjoyed the large garden, convenient parking and barbecue corner with a large table on the lawn. Nice and helpful owners. We really enjoyed our stay at Ca' Albano!

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete, gepflegte, geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.

Sehr große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöner Garten mit Kinderspielplatz, Liegen und Grillplatz. Zur Begrüßung gab es tolle Gastgeschenke: selbstgemachte Marmelade, Äpfel und Süßigkeiten. Küche: - Backofen mit Induktionskochfeld - Kühlschrank und ein etwas größeres Gefrierfach - genügend Geschirr - Geschirrspüler inkl. Geschirrspülmittel - Spülmittel, Spüllappen und 1 Geschirrtuch - Wasserkocher - kleine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Filterpapier Bad: - Dusche/Badewanne - Toilette + Bidet - Waschmaschine - Heizlüfter - Fön - Bügeleisen Es gibt auch ein extra Zimmerchen zum Wäsche aufhängen. Hier findet man auch Putzutensilien und einen Staubsauger. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und es gibt extra Decken, wem ein typisch italienisches Leintuch als Zudecke zu wenig ist. Ende August wird es hier schon ziemlich kühl…. In 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es je 2 Einzelbetten, die auch zusammengestellt werden können und im 3. Schlafzimmer gibt es 1 Einzelbett und ein Doppelbett. Schränke für Kleidung vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Balkone, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher, sowie ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele. Auf den beiden Sesseln und dem Sofa kann man gemütlich sitzen. Im Gang gibt es eine Garderobe. Die Fenster können mittels Fensterläden komplett verdunkelt werden. Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 4 Erwachsenen, ein 12-jähriges Kind und ein 6-Monate altes Baby. Die Inneneinrichtung und das Badezimmer ist ca aus den 70ern. Der Laminatboden ist recht neu, die Fenster auch. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Blick auf den Cima d‘Oro. Nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zum See. Dort ist ein schöner Strand, u.a. auch einer ohne Hunde. Gut, wenn man kleine Kinder hat…

Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September da und es wurde abends/nachts leider etwas kühl und ein bisschen feucht in der Wohnung. Ich würde daher empfehlen, Hausschuhe mitzunehmen, weil der Boden nicht sehr warm ist. Für kleine Kinder unbedingt eine warme Krabbeldecke mitnehmen.

Apartmán je skvěle vybavený, prostorný. V okolí je možné chodit na túry, nedaleko je plaz, ideální pro rodinnou dovolenou za jakéhokoli počasí:-)

Eine Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Willkommenspaket mit selbstgemachter Marmelade (sehr lecker!), Obst etc. hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht in ausreichender Menge. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, genauso das Bad. Dafür ist das Wohnzimmer etwas kompakt, und auf die Couch passen nur 2 Menschen, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, beim kochen haben wir wirklich nichts vermisst. Das Grillen draußen hat auch gut geklappt trotz Regen. Lage ebenfalls top: sehr ruhig, nah am See, ein kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar und für größere Einkäufe gibt es in der Umgebung auch genug Angebot. Also rundum alles fantastisch, war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub :)

Hier kann ich nur auf einem sehr hohen Niveau meckern: Zum Anstoßen am Silvester haben wir Wein- oder Sektgläser vergeblich gesucht. Der italienische Wein schmeckt aber auch aus normalen Gläsern genauso gut ;)
