8 Woolacombe West - Luxury Apartment at Byron Woolacombe, only 4 minute walk to Woolacombe Beach!

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The apartment was clean, modern, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished, with lovely views. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pool and sauna facilities were immaculate. The building itself was presented to a very high standard, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property.

The biggest disappointment was the construction work directly below our balcony. The constant drilling, noise, and the presence of construction workers meant we were unable to enjoy the balcony, and the view was affected by construction materials. We were not informed of these works before our arrival, and prior notice would have been appreciated. The refrigerator was also too small for an apartment accommodating five guests, making it difficult to store groceries for our family. The bedding needs attention. The main bedroom mattress sagged and was uncomfortable, and the top bunk mattress had a protruding spring, making it uncomfortable and in need of replacement. There was very limited wardrobe and drawer space, and nowhere practical to store suitcases, which made it difficult to unpack and keep the room organised during our stay.

Not a major issue but only one parking bay for a property that sleeps 6/8 people. Completely understandable why it’s only one bay though

Amazing location, spotless rooms and beautiful facilities. We loved this property.

Could not find any fault at all and my ladies are seriously fussy 😂
