Such a good location for travelling to the university every day. The host was really responsive. Lots of it’s at the property, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine , tea coffee etc. To top it off - we visited during an insanely hot period - without asking , and within 15 minutes of check in, the host (or people commissioned by the host) arrived with an air conditioning unit to make our stay comfortable. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at Mulberry Garden and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and charming surroundings.
The accommodation was spacious, well-presented, and finished to a very high standard. Every detail had clearly been considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The gardens and outdoor spaces were particularly lovely and provided the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the location.
Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was exactly as described. Mulberry Garden exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you for such a fantastic stay—we would be delighted to return in the future.

Spacious, very light and airy home. Very clean. Inviting property. Off road parking. Very comfortable. Plenty of room

It was near the university.
1. The property was not cleaned properly. The master bedroom window could not close properly. The washing machine, kitchen countertops and sink were filthy. The towels had a musty smell as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all. 2. There was a lot of noise throughout the day and even at night since the rooms were next to the playground. 3. The mattress and bed was uncomfortable.
