Great view 3 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the promenade.

It was a studio flat in a big complex of flats on the 2nd floor in Cabourg. There was a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs, a big patio door, table and 2 chairs double bed and a kitchenette with a separate bathroom. The view from the patio doors was of the beach and the sea whilst not an all round view there was enough to sit and while away breakfast with a coffee. The bathroom was big with a bath, shower over, wash basin and toilet. There was a fridge, kitchen units a hob, toaster, kettle coffee machine and crockery and utensils. All in all well equipped and a great view. 2 minute walk to promenade was a bit windy but we enjoyed it.

The double bed was up against the wall with little space to get round the bottom of the bed and it was a standard double and a bit creaky when turning over. I guess we were the first there this year and the place could have done with a spring clean, dust and fluff under the bed and draining board not spotless. Heater in room had a thermostat but it seemed to just be on a constant temperature. Not a problem I'm sure in the summer but for 2 nights mid Feb could have done with it being a bit warmer.

The view was great and we liked the tennis court.

The apartment was a bit cold and damp. The furniture on the balcony needs to be changed. The bed was very small and too short.

Good location - 1 minute from the beach With free parking

Very small. We were 2 adults and 1 child and when we installed the baby bed the whole appartment was full. Bed was also very small. I didn’t fit in it and i am only 1,63m 🤪

Okay

The property advert is misleading. It says it is a one bedroom property. However, it is a studio apartment with no sitting area as bed is in the only room. We had booked for three adults and the third bed was a mattress that you had to lie on near the cooker. The property was clean. Unfortunately, as we had travelled to France for the 75th anniversary of DDay we had little hope of finding other accommodation, so had to make do.

Baignoire(la douche est plus moderne). Manque une machine à laver le linge. La table et les chaises du balcon sont à changer. la table de salle à manger est trop grande compte tenu de la taille du studio. Il faudrait disposer de 2 clefs

Studio très mignon bien décoré super bien équipé rationnel Il est très lumineux et la vue sur la mer est magique Petite résidence agréable et le parking est très appréciable ( surtout en saison)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Tout nous a convenu
